Reprographic Business Machines (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd inception in 1977, it has shown remarkable progress in stabling a foothold in the local office furnitures and automations market. Owing to internal and economic policies, the present name, Reprographic Business Machines (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, was incorporated in 1984 to handle the increasing volume of business generated in East Malaysia.

In 1977, we started with only 03 staff operating from a shop lot at Jalan Ang Cheng Ho. Today, there are more than 25 staff and the present premises are located at the center of Kuching City South, at No. 289, Jalan Datuk Wee Kheng Chiang, 93450 Kuching, Sarawak.

Our full range products are designed to make office operations more streamlined, smooth flowing and cost-efficient in order to achieve greater productivity in the modern offices.

The guiding principles forging RBM's Marketing strategies are set forth:

  • A good product must be backed by an equally good, prompt and efficient after sales service.
  • Our objective towards our customers, through our Company's philosophy "continuously progressing with you".

For the company believes that through its commitment to the promotion of efficiency in the business community, greater productivity in the modern office will result in achieving higher returns in the business of our customers.

Conscious of the need for a good after sales service in support of sales, a branch office together with showroom and service center was set up in Miri to cater for the need arises from Eastern Region of Sarawak. We also have set -up dealer network within the Country and Brunei.

Hence, with the support and capabilities, we are confident to undertake works/projects throughout the whole of Malaysia.

Aside from the support from our principal suppliers, the local banks have become our strong financial supports that providing us maximum uninterrupted banking facilities that we can undertake most major projects in line with our capabilities.

In line with our new business development, our new registered branding namely ARIES catering for new designs, eco friendly office furniture. Apart from products, the company has also newly established a new business division on interior design and renovation works. This new division will mainly offer our customers ease of mind in setting up new offices or refurnishing existing offices in our region. It is a package that we can handle from interior design, renovation, fittings, furnishing and on-going maintenance works. Our new business development is always at the outfront creating and establishing new products and services for our customers.

Today, with all our experience and backing from our principals, we have captured much of the market share for various products such as ARIES, LION, SENSORMATIC, QMS, BE-TECH, MYSTAR, IDEAL and FINGERTEC. Besides, emulating their highly proven after sales services, we also believe in searching for innovative ideas for further improvement. In this respect, we aim to inculcate a high confidence level in our clients, which is a plus factor that separates us, a new force in the market, from the rest especially competitors.
